Who We Are

The vast experience of Lloyds management enables us to have drawn up particular specifications to suit customers requirements i.e. substrates, movement etc. It is of great importance with such a vast range of sealant types and with so many manufacturers on the market that the technically correct sealant is used in the right circumstances. So often the wrong sealant is specified in the wrong application or against the wrong substrates or it is simply not designed to accommodate the movement it is expected to. We undertake complete surveys to the building fabric enabling the correct specification to be drawn up to rectify any water ingress and associated defects.
